Fix one workflow.

Work in progress

Yucti Works is factory workflow software and supervised AI agents for owner-led plants in Waluj, Chikalthana, Shendra and AURIC. It is a work in progress: we are listening to plant owners before we build anything to sell.

For the work between the machines.

Most plants already run on Tally, Excel, registers and WhatsApp. What costs the time is the chasing and re-typing between them. Yucti Works is light software and supervised AI agents on top of the systems a plant already uses.

  • Challans into Tally drafts
  • Dispatch calls into WhatsApp updates
  • Breakdowns into a maintenance log

Who it is for

Owner-led manufacturers with roughly 20 to 250 people, on Tally or a basic ERP, with Excel, paper and WhatsApp around it.

  • Waluj MIDCAuto and engineering
  • Chikalthana MIDCPharma, chemicals and beverages
  • Shendra MIDCHeavy engineering and auto
  • AURICEV supply chain and advanced manufacturing

Where the time goes.

What we hear so far. Each one is a signal to test in interviews, not a finding.

Purchase
Supplier bills and GRNs matched by hand, so payments slip and GST input credit doesn’t match.
Dispatch
Order status chased in WhatsApp groups, while the owner answers customer calls all day.
Maintenance
Breakdowns handled as they come. The PM schedule lives in one person’s head.
Traceability
Route cards on paper. After a defect, finding the heat number or the operator can take days.

Most factory paperwork is not missing. It is in three places at once, and someone reconciles it by hand.

Proposed

Where we would start.

A proposed first set from desk research: work one builder can deliver well, with no hardware and no machine connections. Nothing here is for sale yet. Plant-owner interviews decide what stays.

Supplier paperwork

Supplier bills, read and drafted into Tally.

An agent reads invoices, challans, purchase orders and test certificates, matches them to the PO and GRN, and drafts the entry. Your accountant approves every one.

12 drafts ready. 2 need your review: one quantity, one new supplier.

Example workflow, synthetic

Dispatch status

Order status, sent on WhatsApp.

Approved WhatsApp templates remind the team before loading, tell customers where their order is and pass every delay to a person.

Example messages, synthetic. Agent messages always begin with the agent’s name.

Breakdowns

Every breakdown logged. Every PM remembered.

A breakdown reported on WhatsApp, by text or voice, becomes a ticket. Preventive maintenance comes up as a reminder. The maintenance head assigns and closes each one.

The proposed list, as it stands

Proposed in September 2026 from desk research. Reviewed after 12 to 15 plant-owner interviews.

Proposed first

  • WhatsApp dispatch and order-status updates
  • Supervised AI reading of invoices, challans, POs and test certificates
  • Maintenance and breakdown logging, with PM reminders
  • Tally integrations: supplier bills, GRN matching, reports
  • Managed support
  • Workshops on digital and AI tools for owners and staff

Later, with care

  • RFQ to quotation, with follow-up
  • Quality and traceability, with an ISO or IATF partner
  • Production and material status, and an owner’s daily brief
  • Inventory, synced with Tally
  • A store for audit evidence

Not for us

  • Scraping OEM and supplier portals
  • AI answers to safety instructions on the floor
  • HR, attendance and biometrics
  • Machine data, OEE and IoT hardware
  • Full ERP implementations
  • Websites and catalogues are Yucti Studio’s work.

A useful draft. A human decision.

Step through one check: a challan that doesn’t match its purchase order. The agent finds the difference and stops. What happens next is yours.

Challan 2231 for 480 kg and purchase order 4471 for 450 kg meet at one node. Fix one workflow. Prove it. Then scale.

The method we would bring to a plant: start with one workflow, measure it, and grow only on a result you can check.

Diagnose then pilot then prove then scale

  1. 1 of 4

    Diagnose

One workflow, mapped on your floor, with a baseline in writing.

  2. 2 of 4

    Pilot

Fix that one workflow on top of your Tally, registers and WhatsApp.

  3. 3 of 4

    Prove

Measure again against the baseline, at 30 and 90 days.

  4. 4 of 4

    Scale

Roll out what works, one workflow at a time, with local support.

  5. Many workflows. One method.

Each workflow is its own junction. Fixed one at a time, they add up to how a plant runs.

AI that does the paperwork. People who make the calls.

Every agent would be supervised: one job, your approval before anything important, and a full log.

  • One job each.

Every agent has a written job, named data sources and a named owner in your team.

  • You approve.

Anything that changes records or messages outsiders needs approval, unless you pre-approve a template.

  • Everything logged.

See what the agent read, drafted and did, and when.

  • Your data stays controlled.

Least-privilege access; no confidential data in public AI tools without your written permission.

  • Measured or switched off.

If an agent doesn’t save time against the baseline, we turn it off.

What stays out

  • Hardware and machine connections.
  • Instructions where safety is at stake.
  • Using your data to train general AI models. Drawings, RFQs and prices stay under NDA.
  • HR and biometric data.
  • Promises of compliance.
Work in progress

Where Yucti Works stands.

We would rather show you where we are than where we hope to be.

Stage as of October 2026.

  • DoneDesk research on the industrial base, and a proposed service list. September 2026.
  • NowConversations with 12 to 15 plant owners in Waluj, Shendra and AURIC.
  • To buildA demo agent on synthetic data: a challan read into a Tally draft, with approval.
  • To earnA first workflow with a plant, measured before and after. Published only with approval.

What we are asking plant owners

  • If an auditor picked a finished part now, how long would it take to find its heat number and operator?
  • When a machine breaks down, who is told, and where is it logged?
  • How many hours a week go on typing supplier challans and POs into Tally?
  • If one paperwork workflow could be fixed first, which would you pick?

Tell us about your plant.

No pitch. We are learning how plants here handle dispatch, supplier paperwork and breakdowns, in Marathi, Hindi or English. Thirty minutes on your floor helps us build the right thing.
